Avid Learning in association with Mumbai Gallery Weekend, St+art India Foundation, Gallery Art & Soul, Furtados, Consulate General of Switzerland in Mumbai, Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and Royal Opera House, Mumbai presents Continuum: An Evening of Opera, Chamber Music, and Sculptures.

An evening of interdisciplinary presentation of operatic chamber music pieces written by renowned composers such as Mozart, Beethoven, Puccini, and Chopin amongst others from the sixteenth to twentieth century coalescing with the elegant three-dimensional artistic creation of the human body, creating a beautiful balance between auditory and visual art. 

The emotions evoked from the pieces performed by artists Lars Fischer (Tenor),  Sandeep Gurrapadi (Tenor), Antonia Thwaites (Soprano), Martha-Maria Mitu (Violin), Chiara Naldi (Piano), will be layered with the display of sculptures by Raj Shahani recreated digitally on stage ceaselessly moving keeping pace with the momentum of arias.  

You will also witness a larger-than-life urban pop-up art installation by UK-based Artist Filthy Luker, creating a vibrant and surreal visual experience. The event will also be a part of the ongoing Mumbai Gallery Weekend 2023 as the art displayed in the venue endeavors to bring together potential art collectors and enthusiasts to broaden the reach and relevance of contemporary art.
